Cheese grater
Parchment paper – I prefer unbleached parchment paper
Ingredients for Easy Sourdough Drop Biscuits
All purpose flour
Baking powder
Salt
Sugar
Cold butter
Milk
Sourdough Discard
How to Make Easy Sourdough Drop Biscuits
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium size mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients – flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

Grate the cold butter into the dry ingredients, then stir until coarse crumbs form.

Mix in the sourdough discard, then the milk a little at a time until the dough comes together. The dough will be a bit lumpy and sticky.

Scoop the dough by large tablespoonfuls onto the baking sheet. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until just turning golden brown around the edges.
