Tools You’ll Need to Make Honey Almond Butter Granola

Baking sheet

Parchment paper – I prefer unbleached parchment paper

Wooden spatula

Measuring cups and spoons

Mixing bowls and spoon

Ingredients for Honey Almond Butter Granola

Old-fashioned oats

Raw almonds, roughly chopped

Chia seeds

Coconut oil, melted

Almond butter

Raw honey

Vanilla extract

Salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix the oats, almonds, and chia seeds together and spread on an unlined baking sheet. Toast the mixture in the oven for about 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. Stir the melted coconut oil, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract and salt together in a small mixing bowl.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and transfer the oat mixture to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the almond butter mixture over the top and stir well to combine.

Remove the oat mixture from the oven and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the glaze over the top and stir well to combine.

Line the baking sheet with parchment paper, then spread the granola mixture out over the baking sheet.

Return to the oven and bake another 15-17 minutes, until the mixture is just turning golden brown. Remove from the oven and stir once to break the granola into clusters.

Spread the granola mixture over a parchment lined baking sheet and bake another 15-17 minutes.

Transfer the parchment paper with granola onto a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, store the granola in airtight containers for up to a couple weeks.
