Shredded coconut

Chia seeds

Ground flax seeds

Sea salt

All natural peanut butter or almond butter

Raw honey

How to Make No-Bake Energy Balls

Stir quick oats, shredded coconut, chia seeds, ground flax seeds and salt to a large mixing bowl.

  • 1 cup quick oats

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

  • 2-3 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Stir and mash together until thoroughly combined.
  • Scoop mixture with a tablespoon and roll into balls. Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator up to a few days, or freeze for up to a few months.
